Questions

What does AF stand for?

Asian Food. The starter recipes lean Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai and Indian home cooking, and you can add any recipe you like.

Do I have to change what I cook?

No. The planner works with the dishes you already make, and points out one swap at a time when a dish works against your goal.

How does it save money?

One list for the whole week, ingredients shared across dishes, leftovers planned in, and a cost for every meal at typical US grocery prices, so you can see the week before you shop.

How does the free trial work?

The first 7 days are free. You add a card at checkout, and nothing is charged until day 8. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. The trial is for first-time subscribers.

How does billing work?

After the trial it’s a subscription: $4 a month or $30 a year. Switch plans or cancel anytime from the planner’s Settings, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Payments aren’t refunded.

Is this medical advice?

No. It’s general nutrition information. It doesn’t diagnose or treat anything. If you take medication, keep your doctor in the loop before changing how you eat.
Eat Healthy AF (AF as in Asian Food) is general nutrition information, not medical advice. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything. Keep your doctor in the loop, and don't change any medication without them.
